Something Ugly Is Still Going On.
The reasons for racism have always been around, but we (as in me & other Whites) too easily forget, or rationalize racism into background noise.

I mean, why carry all the weight and guilt of it on our White shoulders? It was our ancestors who fouled things up. We had nothing to do with their mistakes. Otherwise, to untangle it, and make things like liberals think it should be, would cost too much time, trouble, and trillions. Additionally, what were we talking about?

Bleeding heart White liberals want to change everything for others… Next thing you know they will want White women to have full rights! Not too long afterward, Blacks will be assured the vote, which is an overindulgent second time for Black men! Worst yet, thinking in those terms will get people advocating for gay marriage, and all its legal benefits! That will be the beginning of the end, with the first real action being a violent attack on our national capitol, to threaten and possibly harm our federal representatives, and could disenfranchise the majority of Americans!* I am not kidding you. Stuff like that could actually happen if any of those liberal types are allowed to continue protesting for the rights of others!
