A Former Doughy Lump Of A Bullied White Boy Explains.

White people have a hard time believing in the presence of systemic racism. Rationalizing that it is merely a few bad apples is much more comforting. If anything is systemically wrong, it is the Black culture. Such thoughts, comments, or theories, as in the previous sentence, are a common reaction when White society is threatened with accusations of imperfection. If something was wrong, our White ancestors should have taken care of it; so it cannot be our responsibility. Plus slavery and Jim Crow are only easy to determine as crimes against humanity in hindsight. Therefore, understanding and dealing with our flaws in realtime is unrealistic, and demanding we do such in this document is libelous. That means nothing we are doing now is wrong, until it is considered in the distant future.

Like White America in general, every bully is in denial, selectively or otherwise. Bullies stubbornly push forward with their dastardly plans even though potential discipline is just around the corner. Their hubris created from each conquest, escape from being caught, or teachers and administrators being clueless, all breed invincibility. Invincibility encourages taking more risks including the use of greater levels of force and control. When bullies are supported…
